Schubert Center Child Policy Director Nominated for Wittke Award

The Schubert Center congratulates Child Policy Director Gabriella Celeste for her nomination for the Carl F. Wittke Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching! The Wittke Award is presented annually to two Case Western Reserve faculty members who are nominated for excellence in undergraduate teaching by their students. Winners will be announced March 26.

As part of the interdisciplinary Childhood Studies Minor, Professor Celeste teaches the Child Policy and Experiential Learning in Child Policy courses, and oversees the Mann Child Policy Externship Program. Her research interests include child policy and juvenile justice.
